Over the next few days you will notice several changes to how Yendo looks. The most visible change is that your company name and your name are displayed at the top left of the screen replacing the Yendo Logo. Why did we do this? Well it’s all related to improved multi-company support.

If you click on your company name you will be brought to a new company list screen. This screen now shows all companies that you manage and will also allow you to create new ones. If you are on our Solo package you can create two companies, Standard gets up to five and Premium gets up to ten.  Each company is completely separate allowing you to even create users that can access individual companies only. Any allowances for invoices and users that you may have on your plan apply across all companies that you manage so for example if you are limited to 100 invoices per month, this is 100 across all companies not 100 for each one.

Even if you don’t manage multiple companies you can now easily create a test company to try out different changes before you make them to your real accounts.
